APO Secretary-General Dr. Indra Pradana Singawinata held a series of bilateral meetings during UN Open Source Week 2026 at United Nations Headquarters in New York.

Dr. Indra met with Amandeep Gill, Under-Secretary-General and Special Envoy for Digital and Emerging Technologies, United Nations Office for Digital and Emerging Technologies (UNODET), to discuss opportunities for collaboration between the United Nations and the APO on AI, digital transformation, and productivity.

He also met with Fui Meng Liew, Chief of the Digital Centre of Excellence at UNICEF, and H.E. Ambassador Widya Sadnovic, Deputy Permanent Representative of the Republic of Indonesia to the United Nations, to discuss cooperation on AI-related initiatives and digital transformation.
