UN Open Source Week 2026

Meeting partners from APO Member economies and international organizations in New York

On 25 June, during UN Open Source Week 2026, APO Secretary-General Dr. Indra Pradana Singawinata continued his engagements in New York, meeting with partners from APO Member economies and international organizations.

Dr. Indra held bilateral meetings with H.E. Jesus Enrique G. Garcia II, Deputy Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the UN, and H.E. Ambassador Do Hung Viet, Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the UN, to exchange views on productivity, AI, digital transformation, and opportunities for cooperation.

He also met with Cynthia Samuel-Olonjuwon, ILO Special Representative to the UN, to discuss the future of work, skills development, labor productivity, and inclusive growth.

These engagements reflect the APO’s ongoing commitment to strengthening partnerships and advancing practical cooperation on productivity, AI readiness, and digital transformation across its member economies.
