APO Secretary-General Dr. Indra joined a LinkedIn panel at UN Open Source Week 2026 to discuss AI, productivity, and digital transformation

APO Secretary-General Dr. Indra Pradana Singawinata participated as a panelist in the LinkedIn side event, “Preparing Countries for an AI Future,” held during UN Open Source Week 2026 at United Nations Headquarters in New York.

The session brought together global perspectives on AI and the future of work, featuring distinguished speakers including Sergio Gago, Chief Technology Officer of Cloudera; Sarah Steinberg, Head of Global Public Policy Partnerships at LinkedIn; and Walid Mathlouthi, Head of Future Networks and Spectrum Management at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).

During the discussion, Dr. Indra shared perspectives from APO member economies on translating AI readiness into practical productivity gains while advancing digital transformation and inclusive development.
